Contraband incidents are down

There is increased participation with Safety Officers

Staff are completing Safety Sweeps 100% of the time

Staff are doing much better at removing toiletries from patient rooms 

De-escalation Nation

As a way to celebrate staff who prevent restraints by using de-escalation techniques, the Safety Officers are asking for ideas to recognize staff as events happen. Do you have an idea for recognizing staff who prevent patients from escalating?
